Mantra Meditation

Meditation has been a part of Linda’s life for decades. Shortly after starting to meditate she became a meditation teacher. She attended months long meditation courses, and taught people how to meditate in the U.S. and Europe. She developed and teaches her unique mantra meditation and guided meditation techniques.

Awakening Consciousness

Morning Meditations – Awakening Consciousness as developed and taught by Linda is an easy to learn and do meditation. A soothing word, a mantra, and an easy 20 minute practice allows a person to turn inward to the source of relaxation and creativity. Profound positive changes of relaxation, clear awareness, finding authentic purpose and other benefits often take place.

In the process of learning Morning Meditations Linda uses a combination of guided meditation and mantra.

The process to learn takes about 1.5 to 2 hours each session and is easily learned. Two sessions are required. The first is an explanation of the process and actual learning. The second is a follow up to see how the experience has been and to give further guidance.
