Fantasy Flower Watercolor Painting

A new watercolor workshop titled “Fantasy Flowers” is a fun day-long workshop that lets the childlike joy of creating art come out and play with color, different papers, watercolors, ink, pens, brushes and more. The papers will be wet, and sometimes messy, allowing unique flowers to emerge. Flowers from Linda’s garden provide inspiration, but unique beautiful flowers are also be created from all participant’s imaginations. No art experience needed. As Rumi says: “Inside you there’s an artist you don’t know about…say yes quickly.”
During the workshop Linda leads guided meditations to bring a centering, calming and deep dive to inner creativity and joy of creating for class participants. Each workshop creates a safe and sacred circle where each person’s unique creativity is honored, supported and nurtured.
All art materials provided, no need to bring anything except lunch. Linda’s studio contains many art materials including unique paints, watercolor and other fine art papers, Japanese inks, Sumi ink, walnut ink, brushes, ribbons, cloth and many other mark making supplies. All are available for use during the workshop.
